What is LFS Open Ranking System?

LFS Open Ranking System is a platform designed for Live for Speed that introduces a unified ELO rating system and a permanent ledger of Personal Bests (PBs) across multiple independent servers.

Why unify?

Traditionally, each LFS server has its own isolated trackers and lap times. This splits the community. Our system uses a decentralized P2P model where all servers broadcast their race blocks to the network of validator nodes, building a global, immutable history.

First steps for Drivers

1. Join any compatible LFS server.
2. Type !register in the in-game chat.
3. The server will provide you with a unique verification code.
4. Go to lfsrank.com and use that code to finish registering and linking your LFS account.
5. Race! Your ELO and stats will update after every validated race block.
